Jindan has annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of lactic acid and lactate, which is the Second in the world, the Biggest in Asia. Jindan is the largest base of lactic acid production and lactic acid exportation in China. It is a a typical agricultural products deep processing of export-oriented enterprises.

Jindan devotes itself to R&D of Chinese lactic acid production technology. Besides a Doctoral Scientific Research Working Station and a Lactic Acid Engineering & Technology Research Center, it has build the first National lactic acid Engineering Research Center and Provincial Starch Biochemical Engineering Technology Center. Jindan won numerous national and provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award, and has more than 20 national patents.
